What We Do At CrossFit ST. Augustine

Here at CrossFit St. Augustine we specialize endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. This is functional movement training and core strenghting. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We use the same routines for everyone.  We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

What To Expect

 CrossFit St. Augustine is a clean family enviroment with well experienced personal trainers to guide you through the W.O.D. (Work Out of the day). We have group classes and offer individual personal training. There is no fancy equipment or machinery at CrossFit St. Augustine.  Our programs get results! We will prove it to you. How Do I Start CrossFit ?

crossAll new members, regardless of fitness level or athletic background, must attend “CrossFit 101″. CrossFit 101 is a practical training session. Athletes will learn CrossFit’s basic 12 fundamental movements while gaining knowledge of our philosophy and workout regimen. We emphasize client safety, building a community and learning terminology. We explain why CrossFit is known as the “Sport of Fitness”, and the importance behind “Intensity”. Upon completion of CrossFit 101 you will have the basic tools and understanding of the CrossFit program and be on your way to achieving optimal health and fitness.
